This examination explains the utilization of bio-polymer powder for clayey soil enhancement. The article concentrates around examining strength attitude soils built up with homogenous bio-polymer. Carboxy methyl cellulose was determined as material to build normal soft soil. biopolymer has been added two separated rates (0.5 and 3%) by total weight Different tests were carried out consider impact utilizing this polymer a balancing specialist on geotechnical properties It estimated that content expands in soil, specific gravity decreases, while optimum water (OMC) is expanded. results showed different effects Atterberg’s limits; increasing liquid limit(L.L) plasticity index(P.I) plastic limit decrease. additionally mirrored huge improvement unconfined compressive (UCS) treated soils.
